Honorable State Minister of Foreign Affairs, People's Republic of Bangladesh Md Shahriar Alam, MP graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
In addition, the event was attended by several other dignitaries including MPs, senior politicians, Vice Chancellors, Rajshahi Divisonal Commissioner, Rajshahi Metropolitan Police Commissioner, NSI Assistant Director, Rajshahi DC & SP, officials of DGFI, professors, intellectuals and media personnel.
The digital exhibition is specially curated to commemorate the Mujib Borsho and the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi as well as to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of India-Bangladesh diplomatic relations. Unfortunately, because of the COVID pandemic, many of these celebrations had to be reorganized or postponed.
The opening ceremony began with auspicious lamp lighting and several cultural performances were also staged on the occasion.
The dignitaries found the Exhibition very interesting and interactive. They also noted their comments in the Visitors' Book kept for the purpose.
The Exhibition is open for public viewing every day from November 21 - 30, 2021 from 10 am to 5 pm.
