Dignitaries from different domains including Political Leadership, Administration, Entrepreneur, Women led organisations, Academies, Freedom Fighters, Youth leadership, etc participated in the event. Dr Dewan Muhammad Humayun Kabir, Divisional Commissioner of Rajshahi Division and Mrs Shahin Akter Rainy, a renowned social activist and Vice President, Bangladesh Awami League, Rajshahi City delivered their speeches as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour.
